Ingredients

1 small knob of fresh Turmeric

1 small knob of fresh Ginger

2C water

Steamed veg. of your choice

Kale, Collard Greens, Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Red onion, Pumpkin,

Salt to taste

Method

Place Turmeric, Ginger and water into a blender and blend until smooth

Add steamed veg. and blend until smooth

You can add Red or Green Lentils, Qunioa, Rice, or Moong Dahl to your soup or eat it by itself.

I personally add Nuferm Organic 20/12 Probiotic to my soup to add extra nutrients.
