Nori Rolls – Raw Food Recipe

Nori Rolls have to be the easiest ever fast food. Simply by grabbing a nori sheet, a few of your favourite ingredients and spending a few moments in the kitchen you can create the most delicious and nutritious fast food snack or meal. I made this video to show you just how easy it is to prepare. Making this video at Aloha Mana Buderim, when I ran regular Uttley Raw Food classes, was a lot of fun, we have since sold our retreat and now live in Caloundra when we are not travelling. Some of my favourite ingredients I use when putting a Nori Roll together are, grated carrots, grated beetroot, tomatoes, sprouts, tamarind paste, miso paste, cucumber, leafy greens such as rocket, spinach, chard or kale. Fruits like pineapple, dates, mango and banana add a very special flavour to any nori roll. Adding quinoa adds a nutty rich flavour. By adding avocado or nut butters to this recipe raises the fat level and calorie content. Please only use ingredients you enJOY.
