Quinoa what a fabulous little seed it is, in so many ways, often mistaken for a grain, Quinoa is a light, easy to prepare, quick to cook, can be sprouted and eaten raw, readily digestible , can be eaten sweet or savoury, hot or cold, added to salads or soups, or eaten just by itself as its nutty flavour is delicious.
Quinoa [pronounced Keen-wha] is loaded with rich vitamins and minerals, proteins and carbohydrates.
It is available in white, black, red and try coloured varieties.
