2C red grapes –crushed and strained, 
2C seedless grapes (red or green), 
1tsp lime juice, 
1TB minced ginger 

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse for a few seconds until chunky. 

Serve immediatley or to intensify the flavors place salsa in a shallow dish and dehydrate for a couple of hours @ 43*
