Carrot and Apple Soup

Ingredients

6 Carrots

2 Apples

1/2 onion or 4 Spring onions

3C Water

1/2 – 1 Avocado or 1/2C of nuts of your choice

1tsp ground Cumin powder

1tsp ground Cinnamon powder

Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

Serve in your favourite dish

This can be a No Fat, Low Fat or High Fat soup, depending on the amount of avocado/nuts you use or don’t use.

The taste will not alter that much if you leave the fats out, so if you are wanting a low calorie version of this soup, be brave and go No Fat !
