Benefits of Juicing

Juicing fresh Fruits and Vegetables is so good for your body, in so many ways.

The best reason to juice is to give your body a rest from digesting solid foods and allow the rich nutrients of fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables and leafy greens to be easily absorbed directly into the blood stream.

The chlorophyll in leafy greens has more nutrients than you can ever imagine, if you are just starting a juicing program, I would suggest you add a few leaves, increasing the amount as your taste buds adjust. Combining them with a mix of carrots, celery, apple, pineapple, beetroot, ginger, turmeric root, lemon, lime or any other fresh seasonal fruits or vegetables you can obtain will guarantee a delicious nutritious juice.

Including a glass of freshly pressed vegetable/fruit juice daily will assist your body to cleanse and detox gently.

A juice fast, where you only drink freshly pressed juices, either mono or mixed veg/fruit combinations will greatly increase your body’s ability to cleanse unwanted toxins, and guarantee weight loss.

A juice fast can be used for a 1 day cleanse or extended to a time that suits your level of health, or detox program.

Hello Roselyn, We are looking to buy a juicer that uses all of the fruit/vegie ( i.e not leaving most of it in the top of the machine ) , and that does not costing a million dollars. If yours does that, can you give us the name and model etc please .
    Thanks, Margaret

Hi Margaret, I am so pleased you have been able to see our new website and enJOY our video’s.
We have used a number of juicers over the years and I feel value for money the little Breville Juice fountain is a good juicer, I do feel it leaves a bit of moisture in the pulp, compared to the more expensive juicers.
I like this one also as it takes large size bits and loads of green leaves, so easily.
I guess it comes down to your budget, you get what you pay for.
      Trust this helps.
Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving your comments
      LOL Roslyn
