Today I am sharing another fantastically easy to prepare Smoothie Recipe.
Grab together any of these ingredients or feel free to interchange items to suit your country, season and personal taste.
This is what I put in my Smoothie, why not give it a try
I had frozen some Persimmons from last season, so it was a joy to add them as my Smoothie base.
1 Kiwi Fruit washed with the skin on, has so much nutrient in the skin, and you taste it anyway in a smoothie.
1 large Passion Fruit or Lilikoi [Hawaiian]
1/4 large Pineapple with skin removed, I do leave the skin on when I am juicing pineapples.
1 green Apple
a couple of Kale leaves
some Coriander leaves or Cilantro same same
1 small Lime peel removed
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 tablespoon MicrOrganics SuperGrass
Place in the blender and whizz until SMOOTH !!
Eat as much or as little as you want and save the rest to snack on during the day
